Beisterveld Builds Round bilged Stevenvlet

stevenvlet "Because everybody looks for the way to build simpler and cheaper the ship models tend to be all very similar, says Mr. Beisterveld." says Beisterveld.  "Especially the cheaper models. Most of them are multi-chine hulls, mainly made of five pieces of material with a simple doghouse. It sounds logical if you think of building big production in a short time and only think of simple model construction"

If the technology is so improved and everything can be worked out with the computer why is a bilged hull to expensive for many budgets? Many people do like the bilged hulls much better but they are put off by the price.

The shipyard costs are not only the hull but also in the finishings.
Of course is a bilged hull more work but this does not outweigh the design and sailing characteristics that result more beautiful and better. The costs for the finishing built in installations and fittings remain nearly the same.

The Beisterveld Stevenvlet is a bilged hull with a flared bow built using proven methodology which looks sleek with a strait line and a moderate camber. An under waterline with minimal resistance, two build bilge keels. This ship is built for a comfortable long stays and is a beautiful appearance at all ports.

The Beisterveld Stevenvlet is built as costum-built in a module form. The hull will be built and the costumer decides how he likes the finishings. The clients will get the discounts of all the built in appliances (normally for the shipyard) to keep the costs as low as possible without losing the high quality.

All this in a good agreement within the prescribed module which one wants to purchase. These modules are fixed packages where the shipyard as well as the client knows exactly what is included and both client and shipyard can work out advantages in prizes and timing.
